3. Deepen our Sense of Community
A. Further our efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion in various areas of school life to create a greater sense of belonging among all members of the community. B. Strengthen the parent/school relationship through meaningful programming, partnerships, and opportunities. C. Identify and expand on signature events that bring the community together and that strengthen our sense of identity. D. Build school spirit and support for athletic and artistic events.
E. Engage a new generation of alumni through various forms of outreach and foster a culture of philanthropy among the school’s supporters.
F. Build on the success of the school’s experiential learning program by establishing or strengthening relationships with organizations that connect Seven Hills students to our city and region.
G. Explore forming an institutional affiliation with one or more local universities to advance our goals in the area of academic programming, professional development, and faculty hiring.
