Explore alternative pathways for attracting and developing great teachers, such as through hosting university-affiliated student-teachers and through creating a Seven Hills Teaching Fellows program. D. Create a multi-year, school-wide professional development plan and revise our current system of faculty evaluation and development. E. Identify the most appropriate technological hardware and pedagogies for each division and stage of learning. F. Continue our efforts to build a diverse faculty and to ground all faculty members in concepts and practices related to culturally responsive pedagogy.

G. Elevate our pedagogy regarding differentiation, equipping teachers with the skills and resources necessary to effectively teach students with learning differences.
H. Align and coordinate curriculum horizontally and vertically across the four divisions using the Seven Hills Portrait of a Learner and backward design as our frameworks.
I. Develop a student-centered Lower School program that emphasizes play-based learning, project-based learning, multi-age experiences, and outdoor education.
J. Further support Middle and Upper students’ academic experience through programming such as ongoing orientation courses for sixth and ninth graders, a peer tutoring program, and a math and writing center.
