1. Unify our Campus, Culture, Identity, and Vision
A. Identify the distinctive hallmarks of the Seven Hills experience and promote this understanding of our identity among families, teachers, students, and the broader community.
B. Draw from evidence-based practices in lower school education, as well as from Doherty’s and Lotspeich’s cultures and traditions, to create best-in-class Early Childhood and Lower School programs.
C. Reenvision our facilities and open spaces to create a “campus within a campus” for each division. D. Further integrate the Seven Hills Values into everyday school life.

E. Better steward our campus green spaces and make them an active part of the school program and the student experience. F. Forge stronger student connections across the divisions to encourage multi-age learning, service to the community, and positive role modeling. G. Create a smoother and more predictable experience for students and families as they transition between divisions. H. Elevate the school’s food service program and cafeteria facilities, with a focus on nutrition and health, community gathering spaces, and sustainability. I. Ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the school by aligning on an appropriate number of facilities for our ideal enrollment and by funding the ongoing maintenance of our unified campus.
